Surprise Engagement Session | Newcastle Delaware
The word is out, Carly & Richie are engaged! We met Richie at his sister Alicia and Cory's wedding that we photographed back in 2019. So yesterday when Alicia reached out to us and asked if we were available to photograph Richie proposing to Carly, the love of his life we were ecstatic to say the least. Richie planned to ask her Carly's hand in marriage next month, but after picking up her ring yesterday, he knew he couldn't wait. This had to be done today! When we arrived, Alicia and the girls were putting rose pedals on the walkway where Richie was going to propose. Carly came thinking she was going to be apart of a family session, little did she know that Richie had plans to propose and everyone was in on it! We started with pictures of Alicia, Cory, and their littles then Carly, Richie and Korra. Afterwards, we had them take a walk down the walkway where rose petals had been laid. Richie finally got down on one knee and proposed and Carly couldn't believe it. They were joined by close family who witnessed this special moment.
